Your Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions: In booking your arrangement with us or using our website, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, including any additional terms and conditions of any Supplier that are necessary to your booking, travel arrangements, tours or any website content. You are agreeing on behalf of yourself and those you represent to comply with all the Terms and Conditions, including any payments of all amounts due to relevant Suppliers. You agree that any violation of any such terms and conditions may result in the cancellation of your reservation or purchase, the loss of any monies paid for your reservation flight, accommodation or otherwise, you being denied access to the applicable travel related product or service dealing with Specialty Travel, Inc. and any third parties that work with us, and our right to debit your account for any costs incurred as a result of such violation.
We do not knowingly represent anyone under the age of 21 therefore, you agree that:
Packages and Suppliers: We sell and promote a range of travel related products from different Suppliers. Each Supplier has its own Terms and Conditions that are applicable to your particular needs and we endeavor to inform you of them. All bookings including flights are subject to price changes until the required payments are made. Any increase in charges will be at a cost to you and not us. In accepting these Terms and Conditions you hereby give your consent for us to charge your credit card for such additional amounts incurred.
Customized Research And Planning Fee: In order to perform the professional services required to plan and arrange your travel, a nonrefundable Research and Planning fee is required prior to planning and arranging your travel. A Research and Planning fee form will be emailed to you to sign, return and the monies paid by credit card. We do not accept cash or linked payments.
Deposits and Payment: Any deposits from you to secure a booking, unless otherwise stated is deemed as nonrefundable. Payment of a deposit enables the Suppliers to hold a reservation for you but does not guarantee the price. The price can only be guaranteed once we receive full payment and confirmation of the booking and it is secured and subject to any terms and conditions of the Supplier. You will be advised at the time of paying the deposit when full payment is required. Upon receiving this information you are giving consent for us to debit your credit card with the relevant amount to the corresponding Suppliers. We reserve the right to refuse personal checks as a method of payment. If we have arranged a package, ground transportation costs are usually included, however on occasions the payment may be made directly to the Supplier by you. We are not liable for any credit card or issue that is not of our doing. We will endeavor to assist you if a problem arises. However, it is ultimately your responsibility. We generally send documents to our customers electronically whenever possible. Should a request be made for any documents to be sent as hard copies, an administration fee will apply. All prices are quoted per person unless otherwise noted. Our only accepted form of payment is credit card. We require a signed credit card authorization for each transaction. Credit card payments incur a 3% fee. Currency exchange rates can fluctuate and cause changes to prices. Unless it is a case of fraud and you file a police report, you agree to not dispute any credit card charges. Many car rental companies and hotels charge additional fees that can not be pre-collected and must be paid upon acceptance of the vehicle or accommodations. Many car rental companies and hotels require a deposit upon check-in separate from their rates. You are responsible for securing an international driver's license, where applicable.
Documents: The names on your documents must match, exactly, your name on your government-issued identification. Your documents or reservations are not transferable to another person. E-tickets expire one year from the date of issue unless other rules from the carrier are documented in your itinerary. It is your responsibility to make sure your passport is valid at least six months after your trip and that you have at least one blank page. Adults traveling alone with children must be aware that you might need documentation about your relationship with that minor. Please check with the consulate for the countries in your itinerary. You must also be aware that some countries will refuse entry to people not dressing or appearing appropriate for that culture or having ever been charged with a crime. The Federal Real ID Act requires all passengers for domestic flights to present the Real ID. If you do not have that, you may present your passport. Contact the Department of Homeland Security at www.dhs.gov/real-id. The US Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) advise that everyone carry at least two forms of identification in order to board a flight. It is your responsibility to be aware of and follow all US Customs and Border Patrol regulations. Visit https://www.cbp.gov/travel. Additionally, it is your responsibility to be aware of and follow all TSA regulations. Visit https://www.tsa.gov/.
Cancellations and Amendments: Once we have purchased your travel package, your contract is now between you and the Suppliers and they may amend or cancel your bookings. As your travel professionals, we will ensure that you are promptly notified through email in the first instance of any significant changes, once we become aware of such changes before your departure. However, we will not accept liability for any changes or costs incurred that may result in this action. You will then have the choice of accepting the change of arrangements or accepting an offer of alternative travel arrangements if one is made available by the Supplier, or canceling your booked arrangements and receiving any applicable refunds as determined by the Suppliers’ terms and conditions. We do not guarantee that any refunds will apply. If we have booked you a flight and we are alerted to a significant schedule change by your airline before you leave your country of departure, we will contact you by email to advise you of this. Please ensure that you have given us an updated version of your contact email address and phone number, especially your cell, and that you regularly check for messages before you leave. We have no control over any airline schedule changes or delays and we will not accept liability for costs which may arise as a result of cancellations, delays, changes or amendments. If you are booked to change airports or flights, it is your responsibility to check with the airline that any onward flights you have confirmed are operating as booked. We strongly recommend that you contact your airline at least 72 hours before the scheduled departure of each flight, making sure you have a confirmation number. Please note that for some airlines it is mandatory to confirm with them before you fly.
Changes to Your Booking: If a change is requested by you to your travel arrangements and is permitted and possible by the Suppliers, our standard service fees will apply in addition to any additional Suppliers’ charges. Please note that all reservation changes are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the Suppliers and the package purchased. Name changes are treated as a cancellation by most airlines and Suppliers. We will endeavor to accommodate any changes if necessary, but please bear in mind that a charge by the airlines and Suppliers would apply under their terms and conditions. Flights must be taken in the order they appear on your ticket or e-ticket confirmation. If for any reason you cannot take a flight as booked, please contact us in advance to discuss your options. You need to check in on time for a confirmed reservation, otherwise the airline may register you as a ‘no-show’, which could result in extra charges and/or your entire flight itinerary being canceled and/or render your ticket void.
Cancellation of Your Booking: In the event you cancel your booking, you may be entitled to a partial refund in accordance with the Suppliers’ terms and conditions. In addition to the cancellation Terms and Conditions of your Suppliers, fees will apply that will be outlined on your itinerary/booking confirmation. If you decide to cancel arrangements before the balance due date, the Terms and Conditions of the Suppliers’ will go into effect. Refunds will only be paid to you once the Suppliers are informed and in accordance with their Terms and Conditions. Generally flight tickets cannot be refunded if they are partially used. We are not responsible for a Supplier’s failure to pay a refund. If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your travel insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim your cancellation charges through your insurer. Please read and review each document carefully. Most travel bookings are non-refundable and could incur a cancellation or change fee regardless of whether travel has commenced. We reserve the right to charge a $150 per incident for processing fees for client initiated changes or cancellations. Each Supplier also has the right to charge change and cancellation fees and penalties. An itinerary may contain more than one Supplier, each with its own cancellation policy. If a property, Supplier or location is deleted, we may substitute a similar one. If you have a hotel or car booked, you must contact the Supplier directly. Specialty Travel, Inc. offers travel based on contract rates and will not provide a refund for any unused portion. We have the right to make any logical, necessary and ethical changes to your travel. Suppliers have the right at their sole discretion to refuse service to anyone who lacks proper documentation, has a contagious disease, is under the influence of alcohol or drugs or who manifests disruptive behavior. Specialty Travel, Inc. has no liability for the acts of the Suppliers.

You agree you will not purchase tickets containing flight segments you will not be using. If you do not use one of your flights, the airline may cancel the other flight(s) in your itinerary. You acknowledge that air tickets are often separate reservations from the rest of a package and the Suppliers outside of the airline are not liable for any flight cancellations, delays or interruptions.
